Return & Exchange Policy

At Koa Fey, we want you to absolutely love what you wear. But if something isn’t right, we’ve got your back! Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

  • We offer exchanges and store credits only—no monetary refunds will be issued.
  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange/ return request.
  • All approved returns will be eligible for a store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used on any  items.
  • If you want to cancel the order, please do it before shipping.
  • If you wish to return a product, it must be Unworn and unused.
    • Returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact
    • Free of any signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume/smoke odor.
    • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your store credit issuance via email.
  • In cases where your chosen product is out of stock or unavailable, a refund will  be issued to your original payment method.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order details so we can resolve it quickly.
  • We reserve the right to decline exchange/ return requests that do not comply with the above terms.
